At Sar Shalom!
At Sar Shalom in order to serve in any ministry, you must be a member. To become a member we have 3 six week classes that must be taken in order to fulfill membership requirements.
Besides gaining membership to Sar Shalom, these classes also help offer a great in-depth start in conversion to Yeshua-centered Judaism!
However, even if you haven't had a chance to take all 3 classes, it never hurts to ask if anyone needs a helping hand!

At Sar Shalom we have many different areas a member can serve in! Many of our members serve in multiple ministries. We believe that every single member of Sar Shalom can find their niche in one of our ministries. Below is a list of just some of our areas of ministry. Find your place at Sar Shalom and begin serving today!
"G-d is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them."
Some other areas that may not be listed below that you can serve would be kitchen duty, Shabbat service set up/tear down, special event set up/tear down, door greeter/seater, and many other areas.
If you have musical talent, you can audition to be on the praise & worship team! Not only do they perform every Shabbat service, but they play at many of the High Holy day events throughout the year!

In our women's ministry we help plan out meals for those who have had babies or lost loved ones or even going through a difficult time. Our mission is to treat each other like sisters - like mishpacha (family). That is why we call our women's ministry the Sar Shalom Sisterhood! We will be adding many exciting areas to this ministry in the future.
